2 Chronicles 7:14  if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.

Focus – Pray – Act!

As the world goes ever deeper into the throws of turmoil and crisis it is very important that Christians act like Christians should act.  I have a very strong opinion on these issues that I hope will encourage you and help you make good choices.

Focus

Remember that God is always greater.  It is the spiritual, not the political powers that truly control the world.  Remember to go to God in Christ Jesus with your fears and needs first of all.  No human being has authority on this earth that has not been given that authority from one of two sources.  It is either authority from God to heal, restore and make right or it is from the enemy to steal, kill and destroy.

Pray

The way that we change our world is by agreeing with the only One who has power to change the course of the events in this world.  If we will repent of our rebellion and sin and seek His face with humility and repentance we will start to see peace restored to our world.  Drop any pessimistic attitude about this being the end and keep fighting on your knees for what is right.  As long as you have breath, Christian you are called to bring the Kingdom of God onto earth as it is in heaven.

Act

What would the love of God do in your world today?  After you have done the most important thing in humility and prayer God wants to partner with you to bring Heaven to earth today.  Love someone the way Jesus loved us and you will see the will of heaven made real here on earth.

I am truly confident that God has many great things to do before the end.  Do today what is most important and leave the rest in His loving hands.
