Matthew 11:28-30 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”

Come – Jesus is inviting you to His loving presence.

You who are weary and burdened – Recognize your need, it is okay to be weary in His presence.

I will give you rest – Come to Him ready, expectant to receive. 

Take my yoke – He is offering a change, a different approach to life.

Learn from me – Come ready to learn, He wants to teach you a new way.

I am gentle and humble – He is a gentle, loving friend who will mentor you personally.

You will find rest – Your life will change; you will find a new place, a new form of being.

My yoke is easy – You can do this; He will help you more than you can imagine.

My burden is light – It is a different burden; you will be able to dance under this weight.
