Philippians 4: 6-7 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
The days we are in can cause great fear and anxiety to form in our souls. It is such a truth and joy that we can have deep relationship with our God, and know His supernatural peace every day of our lives through prayer. This encouragement from Paul the Apostle is so practically helpful and made for these days.
We can choose to not be anxious. We can learn to deal well with every fear. By coming to our Father, through Jesus Christ our wonderful Savior, and laying all our thoughts, feelings, requests and prayers at His feet. By giving thanks for every situation, we lift our eyes to heaven and invite His presence. The fruit of such a life is a supernatural peace. God has got this disease laden land. God has these fires and earthquakes. God has this coming election. God has every soul on this planet in His hands.
God has us in His hands and is eager to release to us a peace that transcends the situations of our understanding. Thank God for His presence in every situation. Talk to your Father about it all. Keep on praying. May the peace of Christ be with you all.
