Phillipians 4:4-8 Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! 5 Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. 6 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7 And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
8 Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.
The Apostle Paul is very specific and directive to us about dealing with our fears; check this out:

The Lord is near – Dealing with fear is an ongoing, daily, moment by moment process of keeping your gaze on Jesus, who is very near. Having a joy in the Lord, over all that your salvation brings, is a key place to start. Rejoice in the Lord.
Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God – Confronting the issues and fears of life by bringing them to God is the key to a foundation of peace in your soul. “You have not because you ask not,” so let’s bring it to Him.
And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus – This life of constant rejoicing, prayer and thanksgiving releases the grace of His manifest presence in your life. Come to Him, come back to Him all through your day and find peace in the storm.
Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things – Another key way to maintain your peace is to expand and direct the thoughts and gaze of your heart onto all that God is and all that He is doing.
You can have peace in these days, no matter what the world is doing. Your God wants to draw you into His lap and be your constant companion and comfort in this storm. Let’s Pray!
